Management: Nick Young
Nick has been at the heart of The Bush for over 13 years, raised 5 children and won numerous awards and accreditations for their food and service. They have made The Bush the home from home that it is today. So expect a warm family welcome when you come to The Bush!
Kitchen: Nick Young, Andy Young and Stuart Poulter
Over the years Nick, the Head Chef, has won the stomachs of many with his award winning food! Ensuring that nothing but the best ingredients are used in his complexed recipes. To produce the best food in Alresford and following in his footsteps, his son Andy, who brings his own modern twist to the kitchen but ensures that The Bush's food remains at its very best.
Stuart has been working alongside Nick and Andy for over a year, he is extremely capable, enthusiastic and shows great promise for the future.
Front of House: Sean Aldridge and Aimee Hill
You can expect a warm welcome from this team. With the years of experience in the service industry they has become the heart of the community and with Sean (Assistant Manager) to help looking after the cellar and ensuring that the well known Wadworth beers are kept to their high standard.
